What You'll Do 

As the first point of contact for our guests, you'll create exceptional guest experiences from check-in to check-out. You'll provide friendly, professional service, handle reservations, assist with guest requests, and help ensure every stay is smooth and memorable.

What We're Looking For

• Previous hotel front desk experience required
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with hotel reservation/property management systems
• Professional, positive, and solution-oriented mindset
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
