Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Front Desk Agent with prior hotel experience to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, playing a pivotal role in ensuring their stay is both pleasant and memorable. This role requires excellent communication skills, a knack for problem-solving, and a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, friendly demeanor upon their arrival.
- Manage all check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
- Answer phone calls promptly and professionally.
- Resolve guest complaints and problems, escalating issues as necessary to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Process payments and manage room bookings using hotel reservation software.
- Maintain a neat and organized front desk area.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure seamless guest service delivery.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a hotel front desk role is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in using hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- A customer-oriented mindset and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
